Henanzhongmei can manufacture the screw flight and auger shaft accoring to your drawings or samples.We can supply the screw-flight with the following demension: inner dia>=8mm,outer dia<=800mm,the thickness between3mm-20mm,any lenth,any pitch,and both rotating directions.we have three manufacturing process accoring to the size of screw-flight:

1 continued cold rolling when it has 3-5mm thickness,inner dia>=20mm,outer dia<=800mm.

2 continued twisting when it has 3-20mm thickness,inner dia>=8mm,out dia<=200mm.

3 stamping and estanding which adapted for any product but need making specified mold.
