Production Description:

The Majority sand production lines use wet production process. No matter which type of sand washing line they adopt, the sand smaller than 0.16mm is loss a lot, some wastage can even reach above 20%. This is a very big problem for the capacity and the sand's gradation, irrational gradation reduces the products' quality. Overmuch fine sand's discharging will cause environmental pollution.

To solve the above problem, our company has developed SK series sand recovery system. It's based on advanced technology from abroad and our country's actual conditions. The sand recovery device is widely used in hydropower station's aggregate processing system, glass raw materials' processing system, artificial sand's production line, coal preparation plant's coarse slime recovery, environmental protection engineering just like mud purification and etc.
