1. Structural Characteristics. The RCYE series pipe-type fine iron remover consists of three main parts which are the pipe body, the driving mechanism and the magnetic body operative device. The driving mechanism is installed on the pipe wall and keeps the magnetic body operative device in the separation chamber within the pipe body running through the chains and wheels. In this process, the perm-magnetic body separates the magnetic substance mixed in the materials in the pipe body and discharges it through the iron exit.
2. working principle. The iron remover is serially connected to the sloped material feed pipes with an angle between 45 and 75 degrees. When the material flows past the iron remover, the magnetic substance mixed in it will be sucked on the stainless steel wall of the pipe-type iron remover and moves with the perm-magnetic body toward the direction of the iron exit, finishing the separation operation. At the iron exit, continuing on its circular movement, the magnetic attraction exerted by the receding perm-magnetic body will inevitably be overwhelmed by the gravity of the magnetic substance which will then fall through the iron exit, thus realizing the automated iron removing of the material.
3. Features
This device uses neodynium, iron and boron which have high remanence and has high iron removing efficiency and long service life. The low power cycloid pinwheel speed reduction motor is used as the power source and precision roller chains are used as the transmission. The product has the advantages of small size, light weight, stable and reliable operation and little fault, easy use and maintenance etc.
This device has compact and reason structure for easy installation. It only needs to be serially connected to the material feeding pipe to be able to function. The iron removing process is automated and continuous and needs no caretaker once it is started.
It is applicable in sealed material transporting system under dust-free working condition with no environmental pollution. The pipe wall is made of special wear resistant materials and has multiplied service life.
