This equipment is mostly applied to clean the mixer truck of commercial concrete mixing station.separate and recover sand,stone and water from the waste concrete .recovered sand contains minimal amounts of mortar--typically less than 1% and water less than 5% on a dry basis,the effluent can be returned to the concrete sand separator to serve as recycled make up water with a corresponding increase in the cost-effectiveness and environmental benefits.the complete assembly is composed of wear-resistant parts and simple designed in structure allowing for easy operation and convenient in normal maintenance as required.
