Calcium ferrite lump
Product performance: A new high efficiency dephosphorization agents for convertor steelmaking. The main contents are high calcium compound premelting materials which distributed evenly with stable quality. Calcium ferrite can effectively improve the converter smelting process, promote slag forming and dephosphorization. Being a substitute of fluorite, calcium ferrite can increases the iron element of molten steel and is commonly used in freon-free steelmaking.
Calcium ferrite has no polution for environment. It cut the phosphorus rate 50% up from molten steel with a unit consumption 10-12Kg/T only, effectively raduces the steelmaking costs.
