YZW30-160T Single Column Type Hydraulic Press
One.Applications and Features
The machine is suitable for straightening shaft accessories and other similar accessories, it can also be used for pressing and mounting shaft and bushing accessories, and for pulling, forming and blanking simple plate accessories.
The machine has independent power organ and electrical control devices, it adopts buttons to concentrate control the descending speed and travel of the oil cylinder piston, the movements are controlled by relay.

Three.Structure Survey
The machine is composed by two major parts of main machine and control organ, through pipelines and electrical devices the two parts are connected together. Main machine part contains machine body, master cylinder etc. Control organ contains hydraulic pump station (power system), electric box etc. The structure and function of each component are started as the follows:
Machine Body
The machine body is welded by steel plates, which are the main weight bearing components, and the bottom of the machine body is connected with the base (oil tank). Under the machine body is work bench, on which there is T-shape slot to make it convenient to install clamps. On the top part of the machine body there are holes which are vertical to the work bench platform, they are used for installing oil tank.
Oil Tank
The oil tank is fixed firmly on the holes of the machine body by tank shoulder and big bolts. The bottom of the piston rod is connected with upper holder block by connecting flange and bolt; on the upper holder block there is T-shape slot, which makes it convenient to install clamps or dies.
In the oil tank side the piston rod is equipped with piston, its material is cast iron and works as leading the directions. The head of the piston rod is equipped with counter-direction seal rings, inner of which are O-shape seal rings, these divide the tank into two oil cavities; on the mouth of the oil tank it is also equipped with seal ring, fixed firmly by flange and bolt to ensure the lower cavity is sealed. The flange is equipped with dust-proof ring.
Electric Box
The electric box is installed on the left side of the machine body, it is equipped with a door block; when off-duty or not in use, please shut down the power and lock the electric box.
Hydraulic Station(Power System)
The hydraulic station is composed of oil tank, gear pump, motor, synthetic system and oil filter device. The oil tank is welded by steel plates, the oil level gauge in the front is used to observe the level of oil, when refueling the oil level should be at the “upper level”, if it is at the “lower level”, please refuel the tank .
Four.Hydraulic System Survey
The hydraulic system is composed of energy conversion device(pump and oil tank), energy adjustment device(valves) and power transferring device, etc., under the control of electrical control and manual direction valve, the drive piston rod can realize various movements.
For the principle of hydraulic system please refer to Annex Drawing 2.
Five.Electric System Survey
1. Survey
The machine adopts three-phase AC 380V, 50Hz power, the voltage of control circuit is 220V, the work voltage of electromagnet is DC 220V, the voltage is supplied by the transformer.
The machine has a special electric control box, which realizes the concentrate control over the press machine. One side of the electrical machine is equipped with power switch, inside of it are various of electrical control devices as fuse, AC contactor and transformer; and there are buttons on the operation box. The machine adopts point-to -point control, its movements include sliding block descending and return , press relevant button you can get corresponding movement; let go of it, the movement will stop.
2. Electrical Drive Equipment and Electrical Technical Specification
The machine adopts Squirrel Cage Three-cage Asynchronous Motor to drag the oil pump, its model and specification is as follows:

The electromagnetic direction valve of the hydraulic system is driven by AC wet type electromagnet, the quantity of the electromagnets is 3, work voltage is 220V.

Seven. Installation, adjustment and trial, inspection, training, and after sales-service of the machine
1.After finished the producing of the machine, we will inform the buyer to inspect the machine in the manufacture’s factory.
2.We provide some documents and foundation drawing within 7 days after contract date.
3.If need seller to guidance the installation, adjustment and trial, the seller is responsible for the charges within home, and other charges on board should be paid by the buyer.
