This slitting unit can cut certain width and thickness plate along the length to a present width, then roll it to strips.

This slitting unit consists of about 13 parts: feeding coil car, double uncoiler, hydraulic head straight machine, leveller, hydraulic crosscut  shear, slitting machine, curling machine, transition platform, prior separation and tension machine, recoiler, dropping coil car, system hydraulic pressure station, electronic control system. This unit can cut a certain width steel strip to several specified width bands.
