Operate attentive matters:
1. When start the power, need to join the good cable and operate handles and can turn on the apparatus first, can put through the power (handle of this machine has automatic protection function of inside breaking-off line
2. When regulate and establish the ultrasonic power, need to lock the amplitude pole of transducer and high level tools (consumptive material) at first. 3. When open the electrical spark and corrosion function button, need to join the ground wire between the electrical spark export and the work piece. When the electrical spark and corrosion enactment shows “four”(max.section),the bigger the number,the more quick the electrical corrosion,but the bigger the surface coarsene after processing.If the electric spark and corrosion enactment has already opened,the red sgining indicator lamp of “1-4”any section lights,but the electrical corrosion does not still export or is weak,then you need to check if the ground wire of the electric spark output and the work piece contact well or check the electricity-transmiting performance of the spark corrosion’s cooling fluid.
