This machine is to curve formed panel through punching.

Profile: yield strength: Max. 350Mpa.

Material thickness: 0.3-0.7mm

Min curving radius: Min 500mm

Speed of punching: about. 2m/min

Punching mould material: No.45 steel with chrome coated

Shaft material: High grade No.45 steel after heating and quenching.

Motor power: Hydraulic motor about 5.5Kw, feeding motor about 1.1 Kw (confirm after final design)

Working flowing:

Feeding Panel(put the panel into the transmitting device)----automatic punching curving(punch-curving of panel under controlling system)----take out the panel by manual.
