Structure features: A extension tube is added to ball launching barrel to balance initial pressures before and after the pipe cleaner. When initiating the ball, owing to the pressure applied upon the cleaner which, in turn, is moving towards the check valve (or globe valve) core,the opening at this moment will certainly damage the valve core to cause valve breaking and inability to seal. The balance extension tube functions to retain balanced pressure in front and at the back of the cleaner prior to the opening of the valve to prevent it from impacting the valve core.

Install form:

Pig Launcher & Receiver shall be horizontal, and the diameter of pig valves shall be equal to the inner diameter of the pipe cleaned. Pig inlet & outlet and oil (air or water) inlet shall be connected respectively to the main pipe by valves. On top of one of the fast-opening ends that closed to the pig Launcher & Receiver shall assemble vent valve, safety valve and pressure gauge, and at the bottom shall assemble drain valve, sideway inlet and vent valve to take out medium from the main pipe as the power of forcing pig and conveyance medium.
