Structure and features
This oil pipe tightener machine adopts hyperboloid roller-climbing clamping mode.Two slope plates installed dislocation form the hyperboloid, four jaw plates are proportional distributed with 90 degree. Frictional belt drives the jaw plates to clamp the pipes, and every plate has 4-6 teeth to make sure it has 16-24 clamping points. This structure has features of large clamping range, high strength, steady tighten, no slipping, no damage for pipe and clamping scar according to API standard. The backup clamp adopts pneumatic clamping with high automation.
Also adopts split-body structure and is insisted of driving clamp, backup clamp, machine body, torque testing device, hydraulic power supply, electric control system and computer system.In screwing on, the double-pump change speed automatically, screwing on in high-speed, torque on in low speed, not only to improve efficiency, also in line with API standard.
Its operation system (including:operation carbinet, computer and software , etc.)according to the standard of Q/HBSJ02.01-2009. And supply one jaw plate ,one teeth (see table) , one manual instruction, one pressure - torque table.
It adopts siemens PLC+industry computer to collect and manage data, the space-grade sensors is used, torque accuracy is 0.1%. it realizes automatic control of torque and circles in screwing on, to make sure the torque in API standard and avoiding sticking thread or pipe damaged caused by over torque.This design can meet the strict standard of the pipe manufacture, realizing process automation of pipe connection screwing on. The advaced process control system provides dynamic display, torque & circle real time curves, historical data, and report printing in the order of day, month and group.
