The process of Lime Roatry kiln is same with the DRI Rotary kiln; The process of rotary kiln is built up on solid-state reduction of iron ore by using sub-Bituminous coal as reductant under controlled atmosphere at desired temperature and pressure. The materials removed from the kiln and after magnetic separation become Sponge Iron. It is a product substitute of scrap and raw material for Electric Furnaces for making steel.
