Our company can design and manufacture different series steel barrel production line of high production efficiency and good quality ranging from high configuration / top grade with full complete set of PLC controlled hydraulic driving to low configuration / low grade with manual operating on customer requirements. The shearing precision can reach: tolerance on length≤0.5mm, tolerance on diagonal length≤1mm. Production capacity of standard steel barrel production line is 8~10 pieces per minute and 4~5 pieces per minute, capacity is 200-220ml.
