The dose is 0.5ml for one time. The contained alive varicella virus should not less than 3.3lgPFU. It is 0.5ml for one battle after dissolution again.

Contraindications

1.This product is contraindicated in individuals who have anaphylactic reaction history with any constituent (including neomycin) of this product.

2.This product is contraindicated in women who are pregnant.

3.This product is contraindicated in individuals who are suffering from serious diseases (acute or chronic infection), fever, or any terminal immunological disease.

4.This product is contraindicated in individuals who are treated by steroid.

This product is contraindicated in individuals whose total lymphocyte less than 1200/mm3 or have defects of cellular immune function.

5.This product is contraindicated in individuals who have geneogenous immunological disease history or family members who are closely contacted have geneogenous immunological disease history.

6.Within 5 months before inoculation or within 3 weeks after inoculation, given whole blood, blood plasma or immunoglobulin will affect the effects of this product.

Within 6 weeks after inoculation, should avoid the using of salicylate.

Adverse reactions & Treatment

There is a very low reactogenicity at all age groupThe reactions of injection sites are always mild and temporary.

At the clinical research for 600 babies and children, only less than 4% testees suffered from rare pimple, the fever rate is lower than 5% (axilla-temperature is above 37.5°C), and has no obvious differences when compared with comparative vaccine group (imported vaccine). 

Precautions

1.Should momentarily prepare epinephrine treatment to prevent from the unusual anaphylactic reaction after inject this product.

2.In the general conditions, the immune should accept medical treatment ward for 30 minutes after inoculate this product.

3.Although the transmit of vaccine virus can be happened in unusual conditions, all person who may suffer from varicella, especially the people who got skin reaction within 2 to 3 weeks after inoculation, should avoid the contact between pregnant women and patients with leucocythemia who are easily suffer from serious vaccine and the curer who accept immunosuppressant, especially avoid contact the pregnant women who at the first 3 months of gestation.

4.This product is used for hypodermic, should not used for intracutaneous injection, mainline is strictly forbidden.

5.When open vaccine bottle and inject, do not let the disinfector contact the vaccine.

The product should not be used if the vaccine not be completely dissolved, and vaccine bottle has crack or the labels are not cleat.

6.After dissolve the vaccine again, should use it within 30 minutes.

7.After inoculation, women in childbearing age should contracept for at least 3 months.

8.After inoculation, should not inoculate other vaccines within one month.

9.Patients with leucocythemia, tumor and immune function defects should be used with care under doctors’ instructions.

10.This product is attenuated live vaccine, it is not recommended to use it during the epidemic season.
