Ultrasonic processing transducer stack is an industrial technique whereby high-frequency ultrasonic acoustic vibrations are locally applied to workpieces being held together under pressure to create a solid-state weld. It is commonly used for plastics, and especially for joining dissimilar materials,embossing etc.  

What we offer?

1, an ultrasonic stack composed of a converter or piezoelectric transducer, an optional booster and a sonotrode(US: horn). All three elements of the stack are specifically tuned to resonate at the same exact ultrasonic frequency( typically 20,30,35 or 40KHz)

     • Converter: converters the electrical signal into a mechanical vibration

     • Booster: modifies the amplitude of the vibration. It is also used in standard systems to clamp the stack in the press.

     • Sonotrode: applies the mechanical vibration to the parts to be welded.

2, an electronic ultrasonic generator(US: power supply) delivering a high power AC sinal with frequency matching the resonance frequency of the stack.

The ultrasonic cutting machine is totally different from the traditional cutting machine. It is use ultrasonic energy to heat and melt part of cutting material to achieve the purpose of cutting material. So ultrasonic cutting machine needs neither sharp knife-edge, nor a lot of pressure,and also will not make the cutting material edge collapse or damaged. Because the cutter is doing ultrasonic vibration, frictional resistance in particular small, the cutting material is difficult to paste on the blade. It is particularly effective for the viscous and elastic material,frozen material(food,rubber etc), and inconvenience to increase pressure on the cutting objects.

Another advantage of Ultrasonic cutting is the cutting parts have the role of fusion when it cutting. The ultrasonic cutting machine can also be also used in digging holes,digging shovel,scraping paint,sculpture,slitter,and so on.
