1. Titanium materials conductivity is poor. Usually, the current of the hook outside the solution is not more than 0.26A/CM2. If the current is over the rated, the hook will be superheat leading to solution temperature rising, cooling capacity increasing, energy wasting, even damage the plastics tank. It could be improved with increasing the quantity of titanium basket or the cross-section size of the hook when the hook is superheat.
2. The hook and electrode are not allowed to be touch with flat or round, its easy make loose contact and leading to spot corrosion with this method.
3. Titanium basket mouth should be slightly higher than the solution level in order to prevent flowing out from the anode residue
4. Titanium basket bottom should be higher 100-150mm than parts which prevents burning out from the concentrated current of bottom parts
5. Titanium basket should be touch with the anode closely, or anode potential on the basket will rise sharply and cause chlorine evolution and OER leading to titanium damaged and additive oxidized
6. Titanium basket should be packed by titanium bags to protect the burr of plating coating. it is suggested to use double-bags method as the bags is used a long term and not be removed,
7. The anode bags (titanium bags) should be packed the titanium basket mouth tightly.
Bags bottom should be left a few inches space to store the possible anode mud.
