Crystal growth is a significant step for the semiconductor industry as well as for optical applications and solar industries. Sapphire single crystals are used for high power laser optics, high pressure components and substrates for LEDs. Aluminum Nitride(AlN) single crystals are the principal components for fabricating UV-LEDs and laser diodes (LDs).

4. Applications
Molybdenum has a higher melting point 2620, lower than tungsten. Similar with tungsten crucible, the Mo sintering boat is also widely applied in high temperature environment such as sintering furnace to load the technical ceramics and single crystal for sintering and growing, rare earth melting, sintering boats. The working temperature of Mo boats can reach to 1800. For furnace, high-purity, high-density, thermal stability Mo crucible with other features of exact measurement and smooth surface has decisive influence on the success of quality control for material sintering process.
