Feature:

  Plough shear mixing machine are used for dry powders or powders with liquid spraying onto powders. And they are widely used in food, chemical, mineralization, environment industries..  LDH plough shear mixing machine mainly consists of drive part, main axis, cylinder( plough shears and choppers inside) and discharging outlet.

Working principle:

          1.With the function of the plough-shear, on one hand the material moving along the inner side of the drum body circumferentially and radially, on th other hand, the material was being splashed along the normal of the double side of the shears, when the material touched the choppers.

           2.The material inside is thrown by the choppers with high rotary speed, with the multiplex function of the plough shears and choppers, the material is convecting, espanding and turning over, so that it could obtain a good mixing efficiency in a short time.           3.Its structure is suitable for mixing the solid at the same time adding the liquid, and also for mixing wet granules which diameter is ranging from 0. 3-3mm.

4.Package:

   The normal package is wooden box. 

     If export to Europ Country,the wooden box will be fumigated or polywood  cases. 

     If in container the packages are too tight,we may use PE film to wrap the machine.

     Or according to customer's special request.
