Auto bar feeder, adopts hydraulic transmission, perfect match for CNC tool mobile lathe.

Features :

1.  Bar with hydraulic support

The piston rod/push rod organization use hydraulic drive,push the bar to the lathe spindle .

The piston rod with patent regulator.

Precisely control the amount of oil, ensure the oil film uniformity between catheter and bar.

Bar rotation produce hydraulic power effect, hydraulic oil support bar, and inhibit vibration characteristics.

2.  Hydraulic power effect

When spindle no speed, won't produce hydraulic support performance, bar places in feeding tube . Bar turns, hydraulic pressure is high, bar will be floating from the feeding tube  . When speed change fast, fluid pressure increases, bar will rotate in fairly central of feeding tube.

 

Belong to semi-automatic tape feeder, cannot automatically refueling, lathe spindle demand add bushing.
