This production line is used for emulsion explosive automatic charging,it is manily consist of filling machine,explosion-proof heat sealing machine,punch card machine,fiiling machine is new technical equipment,equipped with computer control, can continuous and automatical filling.The laminar filn is rolled into tubular through the guide roller and former of explosion-proof heat sealing machine,used for quantitative packaging of emulsion explosive.Punch machine is controlled by the computer,can run in the condition of many program state,driven by servomotor,with fast speed,high precision.The material of the whole production line equipment employs stainless steel,can automatically achieve the continuous work,such as filling,sealing,etc.Assure product quality,reduce labor intensity,improve productivity.
