Pneumatic Shipunloader is a new type conveying equipment, which is composed of Bulk Material Suction (Negative Pressure) and Pneumatic Conveying Equipment. This pneumatic conveying equipment can be installed at port, wharf or storage device. It is an ideal equipment for conveying bulk materials in many industries like building materials, foodstuff (grain and cereal, etc.), power, chemistry, fuel, metallurgy, etc. Handling materials include cement, chemical fertilizer, grain, non-conbustible, non-explosive, innoxious powder and granular stuff.

When being in operation, it can discharge ordinary barge, ship or vehicle with different types of materials and can either convey the material to silo, warehouse and other storage or directly load to bulk vehicle and other transportation tools. Most important thing is that there is no need to do special modification for ship or truck under current operation.

Its nominal capacity ranges from 20 to 300 TPH and average capacity is about 60% to 70%. The hydraulic arm length can be tailor made based on the actual situation and customer requirement.
