Machine working process
1. first load waste tires inside the reactor, then close the reactor loading door, make it sealed fully.
2. Then start the fire, heating at the heating chamber with coal or firewoodornatural gas, oil. When the temperature rises up to 220 degrees, there will be oil gas coming out through the oil gas opening from the reactor. The oil gas comes into the oil separator. The heavy oil (thick oil with some residule) will come down and flows into the heavy oil tank. While the other light oil gas will comes automatically into the water cooling system, and be cooled down into liquid. Then the oil flows into the oil tank. So we got heavy oil and light oil.
During 220-280degrees, there will be large quantity of oil coming out.
3. At the same time, there will be little oil gas, the chemical name isC1-C4,they can't be cooled in normal way. So this gas will be recycled back to the heating chamber as fuel to heat the reactor. We named this gas aste gas.
So at the first beginning of heating, you use coal or firewood to heat the reactor, then during 220-280degrees, using waste gas to heat the reactor
4. In average, per ton raw material, the fuel cost is 60kg for heating. We take the coal or firewood as example, LN-2200-6000, 5 tons tires loading, then it costs 300kg coal or firewood.
And elctricity is less. Because this pyrolysis machine, the main power is the heating fuel costs. There is one speed reducer to let the reactor rotating so that it can be heated evenly. If not the bottom part which is heated long time will break soon. This speed reducer is 3kw. While there is another big electric part, the draught fan for the smoke processing. It pulls the smoke from the heating chamber (when burning coal or firewood, the black smoke) to the dedusting system to make smoke clean. This draught fan is 4.5kw. Other is one oil pump and a water pumo, it is 1.5kw, not use always.
5.So the total electricity costs, max is 10kw. LN-2200-6000, one batch, the working process is 6-8hours.
One set machine needs at most 4 workers. And the water is used circlely, use little.
So you can see, the main investment is on the machine and your raw material, tires or plastics.

After-sales Service
We are responsible for equipment manufacturing; our workers will guide installation and debugging.
Second, when equipment installation finish , we entrust technical personnel to assist the buyer's how to use the machine, and train the staff the production technology, so as to facilitate the buyer to staff production skills.
Third, equipment (including accessories) (human factors and wear parts, except one year guarantee) all non-standard parts can enjoy one year warranty; if buyer operate the machine according to the catalogue which is broken we should be unconditional to repair or change the spares parts.
Fourth, we provide free catalyst formula for the buyer.
