HGΦ89 high frequency straight weld pipe production line is used to manufacture weld steel pipe of Φ32mm-Φ89mm with 1.5mm-3.0mm of wall thickness, can produce profiled pipe also within the limit of processing round pipe. After we absorbed advanced pipe making technology from both abroad and domestic, our innovative designed production line and each single unit of the production line is not only economical but also practical.

(I) Steel Pipe Specification

    Round Pipe: Φ32-Φ89mm                    Thickness: 1.5-4.0mm

Square and Rectangle Pipe: 25X25-70X70mm    Thickness: 1.5-3.0mm

Length of Steel Pipe: 6m-12m

(II) Strip steel

 (1) Low carbon steel and low alloy steel: δb≤500Mpa

Other rolled steel: δb≤235Mpa

(2) Steel strip coil: inner diameter: Φ480-600mm

outer diameter: Φ900-1300mm

(III) Electric installed capacity: approximately 600kW
