The introduction of the oscillating knife cutting table system, mod. FlashCut into the design, or production, department of a factory allows:

High flatness of the cutting surface
Achieved, thanks to special machining. It provides perfect parallelism between the material supporting surface and the cutting tools, thereby ensuring a consistently high cutting quality and above all uniformity of punching, and contributes greatly to reduce the running and maintenance costs.
Explanatory notes :
Working area(s) Larger, more sophisticated variants are equipped with table areas that can be split into two independent areas, thus allowing simultaneous lay planning and cutting, or combined to allow one larger area to be generated.
Suction: Dual: Two independently switchable areas that can be selected in unison, or in combination.
Multi sectors: Selectable, independently controlled, vacuum chambers to allow the operator to turn on and off only those areas necessary to secure the material being cut.
Projector: To allow the operator to directly interface with the material on the table. i.e. to project the cutting pattern directly on to the material to be cut.
Camera: To allow the operator to directly interface the outer periphery of the material to be cut with the integrated machine software. Particularly of importance when dealing with non-man made materials, such as leather, requiring selective placement of the shapes to be cut.

There are several Flashcut models available, differing in both terms of size and equipment to suit a wide variety of applications, including, footwear, leather goods, gaskets and packaging.
