• Steel welded structure with stress-free, ensuring strong and stable performance
• Rake angel is adjustable from 30’ to 2°
• 550-750mm backgauge travel, displayed by SIKO counter
• According to different thickness and material, blade gap is adjusted by hand wheel on front of the shear based on indicator in millimeter.
• Each of top blade and bottom blade has 4 cutting edges, providing longer life span and reducing machine down time
• Hydraulic material clamp system along full length of the shear, having 10 to 14 hydraulic plate press cylinders with rubber pad to protect material from friction
• Full stroke and shorter stroke are available for plate of different length
• Control panel mounted on front of machine with cutting times counting.
• Work table with transfer balls and front square support arms for easy plate feeding
• Shadow line lighting
• Squared front plate support arms, with guide ruler and slop block, allowing cut to measure at front of shear.
• Metal safety guard around the side and rear of the machine ensuring operator safety.
• Signs of safety guidelines and danger caution placed on machine to stop operator from accidents. Light curtain safety guard is optional
• Cutting piece sliding chutes is optional for convenient collecting without disabling the machine
