White Fused Alumina is used as polishing materials and precision sand mold, casting,spraying and coating materials.It is made by alumina as raw material, which is melted at high tempreture. The hardness is higher but toughness is lower than of brown corumdum. The abrasive tools made from above that are suitable for the grinding of high carbon steel, high speed steel and quenching steel. They are also used as polishing materials and precision sand, mold casting, spraying and coating materials, chemical catalyst carrier, special ceramics and high refractory materials.
