Brown Fused Alumina 

Corundum is used as polishing materials and precision sand mold, casting,spraying and coating materials.

It is made by alumina as raw material, which is meited at high tempreture.

 

The hardness is higher but youghness is loewr than of brown corumdum.

The abrasive tools made from above that are suitable for the grinding of high carbon steel, high speed steel and quenching steel.

 

They are also used as polishing materials and precision sand, mold casting, spraying abd coating materials, chemical catolyst carrier, soecial ceranics  and high refractory materials.
