lPush the button on top of the light to switch it on-push the button again to change the mode from flashing to steady.

Adjustable bracket:

Pull cam lever post out of seat slot, wrap and compress strap around handlebar near stem.Replace cam lever post back through seat slot with cam lever “open Tighten by turning cam lever clockwise 3-8 turns.Close cam lever to up “position to secure bracket to handlebar
