WZSM pulverized coal screen is a special vibrating screen designed according to the particular demands of blast furnace coal injection technology. It prevented the saw dust and fibre to enter the bunker, ensuring the screen to transport normally in pipe line.

Working Principle and Structure Feature:

This screen is formed by screen body, first damping spring, second damping spring, second damping and soleplate. The screen is driven to reverse rotate synchronously by tow same motors, to make the screen body periodical to-and-fro linear move to achieve screen classification purpose along the direction of exciting force. It can make the pulverized coal to pass through screen speedily and to leave the sawdust and fibre on screen.
