Structure

This composite film consists of two parts: PE coating and aluminum metallized PET film. Melted PE is extruded into a thin layer and coated on aluminum film, enabling the stable structure of this material. And the PE coating is for the purpose of hot sealing/stamping.

  

Features and Applications

This film is usually laminated with EPE foam, air bubble film, PP/PE woven fabric, or non-woven fabric as various insulation materials. With its bright color and strong reflectivity (reflective), this material can be employed for sun shading, beach mat and etc.
