Product Detail
calcium silicate insulation board effective insulation light weight high mechanical strength non asbestos

calcium silicate insulation board

The board is made from calcium silicate, which generate the property of insulation and heat preservation, resisting high temperature up to 1000 celcium degree,  is greatly favored by our customers.

Constituents: Xonotlite and reinforced fibre, no asbestos .

Install: easy to be cut by saw and easy installation,

Main products of our company are heat resisting calcium silicate insulation materials without asbestos, calcium silicate fire-proof plates and supporting materials, high temperature binding powders, sound absorption decorative plates, special waterproof agent, calcium silicate insulation coating and other related products.

Property Absolutely excellent!

superior insulation property (relatively flat thermal conductivity curve)refractory , having a high melting point, resistant to melting. Refractory materials are often used to line the interior of industrial furnaces.extremely high compressive strength, and high flexural strength, could withstand considerable physical abuse without loss of insulating efficiency.a Class A rating for Flame Spread/Smoke Developed, and is noncombustible (ASTM E136),“green”-asbestos freehigh-temperature (up to 1100 C) structural integritycorrosion inhibition.a major contributor to conservation of energy, efficient energy-savinggood maintainance of those properties over time up to its classified temperature (superior durability)no reports of calcium silicate's being hazardous or harmful to humans

(ASTM) C533 Yes, we can!

American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) C533 for insulation board

Type I: maximum-use temperature of 1,200°F(649°C),maximum density:15 pounds per cubic foot (lbs/ft3) (240kg/m³)or 22 lbs/ft3 (352kg/m³)

Type II: 700°F (927°C)and maximum density of 22 lbs/ft3 (352kg/m³)

Both types: Compressive strength is greater than 100 pounds per square inch (psi) (688 kPa), at a 5-percent deformation.Flexural strength is greater than 50 psi (344 kPa). The maximum linear shrinkage: only 2 percent.

Both the flame spread and smoke developed index are 0 per ASTM E84.Maximum allowable mass loss values: 20%and 40% after tumbling for 10 minutes and 20 minutes, respectively, demonstrating its resistance to breakage.

Applications Right here, hesitate no more!

calcium silicate insulation board can be widely used for the insulation of industrial kiln.

Our insulation board insulate process and laboratory kilns and furnaces, thermal analytical instruments, and specialty applications, high-temperature pipe and equipment in industrial facilities, such as metallurgy, steel mill , petroleum, chemical, electronics, machinery and glass oil refineries, power plants, steam distribution lines.
