The majority of our display and props are created in fibreglass and polyurethane foam,and are produced exactly to our customers requirements. Most objects are initially carved and created in polystyrene or modelled in clay

Step 1 - Computer model file and CAD size.

Step 2 - carved this in EPS foam

Step 3 - Bonding the individual sections together

Step 4 - Spray soft polyurethane

Step 5 - Painting the color.
