1. This equipment has many functions, such as heating, cooling, heat preservation and mixing preparation.

2. There are different specifications for selection, ranging from 0.05 m3---50m3, up to the customers request.

3. With interlayer, wide heating area and small welding area.

4. The modes of the jacket consist of standard jacket, external coil and honeycomb jacket.

5.The inetrface adopts intemationally general-use stan-dard ISO standard rapid installation chuck type,and the material is imported 316L or 304.The mirror polishing of intemal surface Ra≤0.28 u m,and the extemal sur-face adopts semi luster polishing or mirror polisning treatment.

6.The liquid meters for selection are glass tube liquid meter, static pressure sensor type liquid meter and supersonic wave liquid meter.

7.The structure foms are divided into upward and dow-nward round sealing head or downward reverse convex bottom upward round sealing head structure, which can guarantee no residual of liquid medicine.

8.The jacket structure foms for selection are divided into standard jacket,extemal coiled tube jacket and honey combed jacket.

.The heat preservation material is polyurethane foaming.

10.The equipment is equipped with respirator,CIP nozzle,sight glass,flanged quick-installed manhole.
