Product introduction
This steel fiber is made by cutting cold drawn wires whose diameter is 0.4~1.0mm into short fibers according to regulated length. It can be be made with cutting knife, punch or rotary tool. Flexural strength of steel fiber made of cold drawing wire can be 1000~2000 Mpa. Because of its smooth surface, the fiber’s combined strength with concrete or cement mortar is not perfect. To improve this, users can change appearance of steel fiber, that is, produce abnormity steel fiber. Common methods include: pressing edges, wave forming, crotch etc. Its materials contain carbon steel and tainless steel fiber.

NAS430A is latest stainless steel in Japan. Almina content and melting point are both high. It is superior than other steel because of the protection of Al2O3 membrane. | ||||||
Main advantages: Small heat shrinkable ratio, tiny distortion under rapid-cooling or rapid-heating environment, which is 2-3 times of that of other steel fiber. Its wear resistance (hardness) is over 1.5 times than that of other steel fiber. Acidification resistance and oxidative stability in high temperature: implemented for 500 cycles in repeated Oxidation test (1000 °C * 30 minutes heating, cooling for 10 minutes), the oxidation is just 0.5 mg/cm2. This means it has very strong oxidation resistance, which is 3-6 times of that of other fiber. | ||||||
