FRP rebar has several performance as follows :

1. High tensile strenght : better that steel bar

2. High bond strength : better than steel bar in concrete

3. Small density : only about 1/4 of steel bar's

4. Good corrosion-resistant : especially to acid and alkali

5. Good penetrability : easily to the electromagnetism and microwave .
