FRP Honeycomb Core Sandwich Panel is made of FRP and high strength polyester tissue   and quality PP Honeycomb by vacuum bonded together in high pressure. High strength polyester tisssue gives composite panels high impact resistance and flexural strength.

PP Honeycomb cores' weigh about 85kg/m3, which is much lighter than FRP panels and steel panels. Lighter weight contributes to lighter bodies and increased payload.
