Production Capabilities

Bending - From 4mm to 127 mm in diameter means that we offer the largest ranging subcontract bending capacity in china.

Tube Forming - A variety of tube end forming operations can be performed, to suit your specific requirements: Single, double and triple hose beads, Single and double flare, 'O' ring groove, Parflanging, Expansion, Reduction, Slots, Rolled ends.

Fabrications - Tubular assemblies up to 250mm in diameter with extensive facilities for MIG/TIG welding and brazing as well as plasma cutting and machining.

Testing - We provide a number of testing methods to ensure that our products conform to exacting customer standards. Pressure testing up to 60psi in air pressure, or up to 6000psi in hydraulic oil, ensures components are leak free. Millipore cleanliness testing checks as required for critical components. Unique specialised testing can be developed to suit demanding product environments should your tubular components require them.

Surface Coating - This includes wet spray and powder coating. Components requiring painting may typically have a short-term anti-corrosion surface treatment such as zinc phosphate or light mineral oil.
