Rail Tackle
1.The requirement of the suspender in welding machine:
The height of suspender can be adjusted. During suspending the welding machine, the direction shall be fixed, namely the ring joint shall be in horizon with tackle joint. The suspender made of seamless steel pipe, the load complies with national standard, the safe coefficient > 5;
2.The section figure of tackle rail is of Ω shaped, divided into horizontal and vertical rails, when vertical rail load 800KG/m, horizontal rail load 500KG/m, the safe coefficient of the vertical and horizontal slide rails > 5, the permissible deflection is less than 1/300 of span.
3.When the tackle loads 200KGs, the safe coefficient is 5.

5.The vertical tackle and tool tackle shall move smoothly onto the rail without block, it shall move more than 5 meters at the driving force of 2-8kgs; under loading the tool tackle shall rotate freely on the vertical surface without knock sound.
6.All tackles shall be safe, reliable and high strength, the mechanical performances shall comply with GB6378-86 national standard, precisely processed, the rail joint shall be reliable, agile, the whole shall be color galvanized, and the tackle body is made of Q235A steel.
