The oil absorbent sock will float on water even saturated .Strong non-woven fabric outer sleeve encases a poly skin filled with highly absorbent PP. Filler will not shed. Sturdy hardware with nylon rope ensures durability and easy retrieval. Booms can be linked together with carbon steel connector hardware.
