straw gasifier technology principle:
In the plant biomass (including wood,weeds, pine needle, leaf, crops straw, cattle and sheep dung, mushroom residue) the percent of the carbon element is about forty percent, followed by hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, magnesium, silicon, phosphorus, potassium, calcium element. the organic composition in the plant straw is mainly hemicellulose, cellulose whose mass fraction reaches to 50%. These biomass raw material are heated to carry out complex chemical reaction under the condition of the poor oxygen. The essence of the process is the carbon, hydrogen, oxygen etc.in the plant change into carbon monoxide, methane, hydrogen etc combustible gas. So most of the plant biomass energy is transferred to these gases.
the working principle of straw gas production:
Gasifier have these functions: biomass gasification, a raw gas purification and automatic separate. When the fuel are threw into combustion chamber to generate a lot of CO and H2, gas automatically enter separation system to detar ,take off the dust and take off steam. thus producing high quality gas.
