Application:
ITC-A is a type of comprehensive test set for Instrument transformer test. This set of instrument can fulfill the several kinds of tests including CT/ PT volt-ampere characteristics, CT/ PT polarity test, CT/ PT turns ratio test. Besides that,automatical calculation of any point of turns-ratio error is available along with showing the error curve as well.
Features:
Easy operation, High reliability, high safety performance. Because of built-in high performance CPU, only needing to set the proper parameters , the instrument will complete the whole test without needing operator touch of HV equipment.
Large output capacity. Maximum HV output is up to 1000V for volt-ampere characteristics test, Maximum current output up to 600A for turns ratio test. The output capacity of the built-in voltage regulator is 5KVA.
Optional voltage booster, current injection and voltage regulator. The maximum voltage can reach to 1000V when connect the external voltage regulator; the maximum current can reach to 1000A when connect the external current injection; the maximum voltage can reach to 2000V when connect external voltage booster and also the volt-ampere characteristics test of 500KV, 1A current transformer could be satisfied.
Large 320*240 LCD display screen. Directly display volt-ampere characteristics curve and test data when the test is proceeding.
Printer coming with the instrument. Be able to print the curve graph and test data at any time.
Two types of operation mode. Mode 1,fulfill the test by the instrument only.Mode2,with connecting to the instrument by the RS232,the external computer can control the instrument to fulfill the test .the test result can be upload to external PC for saving ,displaying and printing, also can be exported as excel file
Be able to choose AC220V or AC380V for instrument power supply
Data storage .more than 100 groups of test data could be saved and the saved data will not be lost even power supply is cut off suddenly.
Rotary mouse operation. Convenient to operate and long service life
