This series of hydraulic crimper/compressors are used to press and connect ACSR conductors or other Cu/Al center cables, it works with a hydraulic pump.Each compressor should be assembled suited moulds.

For example,if press-connect ACSR "Orange" 54/7/3.00,total two moulds are needed,one is for aluminum lays, one is for steel lays,YJ-100 should be selected.If press-connect copper centre cable,one mould is needed,just for copper lne connecting.It should be worked with sleeves and Dies.

Genarally,the above compressor should be worked with electric pump or mechanical pump, working pressure 70MPa.And moulds designed according to conductors and cables specification data.
