 I.Brief of the equipment                                                                                         

 YQG series liquid resistor starter for high voltage cage type motors is applicable for voltage drop soft start of medium and large high voltage squirrel cage type alternating current asynchronous motors or synchronous motors of 3-phase alternating current 3 KV, 6 KV, 10 KV. It works by changing resistance of liquid resistors that are connected in stator loop in series, thus starting voltage of motors increases as slip of motors decreases. Starting current is kept at three times of rated current to realize soft start of motors
