High temperature laboratory crucible furnace SGL-1700

Products Introduce:

 

SGL - 1700 vacuum tube furnace with 1700 type imported silicon molybdenum rod as heating elements,

adopted double-shell structure and intelligent program temperature control system, phase-shift trigger, SCR

control, furnace chamber adopted polycrystalline alumina fiber material. Between double furnace shell

equipped with air cooling system for fast heating and cooling, with vacuum device, can be working in

protective gas or vacuum.

 

Main function and features:

 

1. Adopted water-cooled KF quick flange sealing, only need a clamp flange the connection can be done. It is very convenient to put and take the specimen. Avoiding bolt leakage by artificial operation and reduced the ratio of heating tube damaging which caused by installation flanges. Adopted circulating water cooling flange, with the chiller to reduce the temperature of the furnace mouth, and thus well protected seals to ensure air tightness of the high-temperature furnace tube;

2. Furnace chamber adopted imported alumina polycrystalline fibers, effective insulation and energy saving. Imported silicon molybdenum rod as heating element, greatly improving its service life, high density imported alumina tube, durable use and not easy break;

3. Reserved vacuum, gas road fast interface, could working with our vacuum system or mixed gas system;

4. Reserved 485 convert interface, can be connected with PC through software. It has remote control, real time tracking, history recorder, and output report function. And can be installed the paperless recorder for data storage and output;

5. Built - in thermocouple, real-time monitoring the temperature of the heated material;

6. Optional with the observation window flange, real-time observation of the sintered material conditions;

7. Over-temperature alarm and power failure, leakage protection, safe and reliable operation.

 

Main applications:

 

Used for universities, research institutions, industrial and mining enterprises to do high temperature sintering

atmosphere, atmosphere restoring, CVD experimental and vacuum annealing.
