Application:

Clean up construction waste like stones or sticks and impurities adhering to the inner face of pipeline such as welding beadings or rust etc;

Clean up before medium transmission and exhaustion before Hydrostatic Test;

Medium separation for different medium transmission in pipeline.

Paint coating for the inner face of pipeline.

Formation:

Steel framework, fixing flange,  polyurethane (PU) cup

Performance:

The latest type of Standard Cup Pig consists of four cups, which makes it pass elbows with diameter more than 1.5D, without pressure leakage when passing tees. Wireless emitter and ground tracker can be fitted for location.

The best operating speed: 12m/s (liquid medium); 15m/s (gas medium); operation distance: ≥180km

Folded edge cup is adopted, which enhances cups wearing capacity by enlarging contact area between the cup and the internal face of pipeline.

Achievement:

In the project for Shuanglan Line of China Petro, Xinlian Company undertook 4000kms cleaning by sections and the whole line cleaning with the longest single distance of 298.96km.
