As a kind of dedicated road asphalt anti-stripping additive, Kaloamine has two remarkable features, high-efficiency and low-dosage. The recommended dosage of Kaloamine is 0.3% ~ 0.4% of the asphalt amount, and it can enhance the adhesion strength of a variety of acidic aggregates and asphalt from 1~ 2 grade to 4 ~ 5 grade. In use, firstly add the proper amount of our product to the fusing asphalt and mix well, and then mix the aggregates with the asphalt according to conventional ways. In this process, the polar group and non-polargroup inside the Kaloamine will strength the cohesion between the asphalt and the aggregates. Consequently, the asphalt pavement’s capability of preventing water damage will be highly improved so that the service lifetime of pavement will be prolonged and the costs of maintenance will be cut down sharply. Simultaneously, Kaloamine can also enhance the asphalt pavement’s capabilities of anti-freeze, anti-rutting, anti-fatigue anti-oxidation and anti-aging etc to a certain extent.
