This plant was specially designed to produce crumb rubber modified asphalt (asphalt rubber). There are two types and models for option: AR-12 Stationary Asphalt Rubber Plant and ARGS15 Mobile Asphalt Rubber Plant. The AR-12 can not only produce asphalt rubber, but also polymer modified asphalt. The ARGS15 is composed of two main components: a mobile mixing unit that initially mixes ground rubber with hot asphalt, and a mobile reaction tank that both agitates and stores the mixture.

2) accurate measurement: using TOLEDO load sensor to weight the asphalt. the accuracy of whole system can reach 0.5% or more

3) advanced technology: mandatorily blending and mixing the modifier with asphalt firstly, and then put into additives to improve its reaction speed. After that, high-speed shear is used finally to cut to make an insurance of the quality and productivity

 

4) Advanced automatization: Automated production process is fully controlled by PLC automatically; the main production parameters is flexible and convenient to set up;

 

5)E asy to operate, stable working. All operations can be observed entirely through the monitor during either manually or automatically operation.
