This Long Span Roofing Machine Mainly consist of 5T hydraulic uncoiler, sheet guiding& adjustment device, roll forming system, hydraulic post-cutting equipment, run out table, hydraulic station and PLC controller.

New Designed Guiding Device made of incline loop guiding roller, rolling bearings in guiding bar and adjust panel and pinch roller. Can make the sheet feeding more smoothly and precisely. Add pre-cutter in this part, easily for coil change.

Entire Chain Transmission system to ensure the roller movement synchronization.

Guilding Column Roller Fixer system, ensure better roller position and longer life time compared with traditional wall panel fixer design.

New designed PLC system, use all imported electrical element, bigger touch screen and add more functions for operation precision and convenience.
