Features of the production line

1.Low temperature and precisely controlled extrusion technology. Temperatures from extruder to the die exit are always controlled at stable 75°C .

2.Speed limitation caused by residual stresses and shrinkage was broken down. The line speed reached at 5M/min under the shrinkage less than 3%.

3.Special design of stresses eradicating and annealing unit is energy saving for over 50%.
