EPS Sandwich Panel Line,also named 3D Panel Machinery adopts PLC touch screen control system, using pneumatic or step motor to supply power. With the automatic orientation of the oblique cutting, cutting, flat mesh and cyst plate, as well as the welding of the oblique quickset and the flat mesh, it produces steel wire forming table polystyrene plate.
Foamed Polystyrene insulating layer with the thickness of 100mm in the center, steel wire truss coated with zinc between the insulating layer is pinned at 10mm intervals, at both side of which forms up 50*50mm(50*100mm, 100*100mm)intervals with the wire mesh coated with zinc of 2.0-2.5mm that is at fine-spun 50(100)mm.
